For the addition of iron (Fe) or adjustment of trace components in aluminium alloys, replacing iron-containing master alloys. Contains 75±2% iron; adds directly at normal melting temperature, melts quickly (usually under 3 minutes), easy to use. Iron recovery rate usually greater than 90%.
Use:
Adding temperature ≥730°C. Reference dosage: [alloy requirement Fe content (%) − alloy original Fe content (%)] ÷ [yield rate (90%) × Fe content in additive (%)] × melt weight.
