Process:
The homogenizing furnace heats deformable aluminium alloy rods to approximately 560–590°C per process requirements. After a holding period, the rods are rapidly cooled in the cooling chamber to achieve the desired heat-treatment effect. A three-dimensional vehicle transports the aluminium rods, while the material storage platform serves loading and unloading.
