Billet Cutting Machine (Band Saw / Circular Saw)

Lvyuan aluminium bar saws are industrial-grade cutting systems designed for high-efficiency processing of aluminium alloy material. The range includes single-bar, multi-bar, circular, long-bar, and short-bar saws to match different billet specifications and volumes.

The saw blade uses a welded carbide circular blade, adapting to high-strength, high-hardness material sawing. Sawing characteristics: high efficiency, high processing accuracy, long service life, and stable sawing. The saw table adopts a hidden blade pushed out from the top line for sawing safety; the oil-permeable spindle extends spindle life. Aluminium chips are collected by the baler and automatically briquetted — ready to go straight back into the furnace for environmentally friendly recycling. Motor-propulsion feeding improves sawing stability; the press system uses a cylinder to compress the material. Semi-automatic control as standard; fully automatic operation available per customer requirements.

Comprises semi-circular drop bar, large pan, small pan, conveying frame, bar clamping, sawing table, fixing scale, bar storage frame, stacker, strapping conveyor, strapping machine, weighing table, hydraulic system, and electric control system. Functions include automatic feeding, automatic cutting, and fixed-length aluminium bar cutting with high automation, fast cutting speed, and low material consumption. The blade is cooled by internationally advanced compressed-air vortex cooling — clean, environmentally friendly, pollution-free.
