Rotary Furnace (Without Burner)
For heat-treating aluminium ash in the slag rake. By rotating the furnace, high-temperature aluminium ash is stirred (occasionally with harmonic agent) to improve the aluminium melting rate, aluminium water temperature, and viscosity — precipitating aluminium liquid for secondary recovery from the slag. Can reduce the aluminium content in slag to below 15%. Current models: 6, 8, 10, and 15 tonnes.

A smelting-type rotary furnace with melting capability built in. Its 360° furnace rotation delivers more uniform heating; installation is simple, transport convenient, operation safe and energy-saving. Conventional specifications from 3 to 15 tonnes, with the combustion system matched to tonnage and melting speed.
