The ingot production line achieves automatic distribution and casting of aluminium liquid, surface scraping, adjustable casting speed, automatic ingot tapping and demoulding, automatic stacking and weighing by robots, automatic transmission of weighing data, and automatic label printing and application (or laser marking).

Cooling methods:
- Bottom-mould cooling — mould base immersed in water; ingot never contacts water. Cooling water volume ≈ 100 m³/h
- Spray cooling — cooling water sprayed directly onto the ingot. Cooling water volume ≈ 30 m³/h
