For the addition of manganese (Mn) or adjustment of trace components in aluminium and other alloys, replacing manganese-containing master alloys. Contains 75±2% manganese; adds directly to the melt at normal melting temperature, melting quickly (usually under 3 minutes). Easy to use, with manganese yield usually greater than 95%.
Use:
Adding temperature ≥720°C. Reference dosage: [alloy requirement Mn content (%) − alloy original Mn content (%)] ÷ [yield rate (95%) × Mn content in additive (%)] × melt weight.
