A gas-loaded refining agent for reflection furnaces and other large melting furnaces — convenient to use, with good overall performance, non-stick furnace slag, and smokeless, environmentally friendly operation.
Use method:
Add the required refining flux into the refining tank, cover properly, open the refining tube switch, and connect nitrogen. When refining powder sprays out of the refining tube, insert it into the furnace and move it to distribute powder evenly (2–3 passes). When the powder is fully sprayed, withdraw the tube from the aluminium liquid, then switch off the nitrogen.
Technical parameters:
- Refining temperature: 700–740°C
- Refining time: 8–15 minutes (6–20 tonne furnace)
- Nitrogen pressure: 1.2–1.8 kg/m²
- Use level: 1–3 kg per tonne of aluminium

Die-casting parts (engine cylinder heads etc.), sand casting, metal mold castings (shock absorbers, pistons, engine blocks, motorcycle cylinder heads), low-pressure castings (aluminium wheel hubs), electrolytic aluminium and electrical aluminium rod, aluminium plate/strip/bar/profiles, alloy ingot preparation, waste aluminium smelting.
